Access Online Support via the Help Menu

  1. You may connect with TES Support via the Help menu in MySchoolAccounting. By using this menu instead of the icon on your desktop, you are certain to have the latest version of TeamViewer installed and used.
  2. Those using Terminal Services must continue to run TeamViewer on their desktop (cannot use the Help menu link to connect). This applies to No Sanpete, Meridian, Iron County, Flat Head, Provo Elem, and Millard. They must run TeamViewer first, and then open TES.
  3. A Support Request Ticket may also be created through the Help menu.
